Like for many of us, MKBHD Channel is one of the “go to” sources when it comes
to learning about the new happenings in the world of Tech.
Marques, however, is the first one who brought the production
and aesthetics of his content to a whole new level.
This inspired me to create a series of wallpapers that reflected this spirit:
clean, stylish, high-resolution, and ultra quality :)
Customarily, he had a chance to test them out way in advance (more than his usual “two weeks”) :)

The “Modules” wallpaper series was initially inspired by a brief sight of the MKBHD Twitter header image, and was later enriched by all the tech reviewed or used by Marques in his day-to-day work (and some that maybe wasn’t).
All the modules are not the exact replica of the real tech, but rather an artistic interpretation that is as close to the real thing as possible.

The “Bleeding Edge” wallpaper series was inspired by a phrase quite commonly used by Marques in his videos,
where he refers to the top tier, flagship technology and concepts as “Bleeding Edge”.
I have tried to visualize this expression and giving it shape and form, that will be subconsciously understood.
